Country Care Link is a confidential family information and support service available for country NSW and can provide:

A volunteer to meet country people in Sydney (48 hours notice necessary for transport: exceptions in emergency situations)
Assistance to find short term accommodation for country people in the city
A referral system to find information
Referral service for confidential personal counselling
A friendly voice for a chat
Visits ( on request) for country people in hospital
